Warranty Terms and Conditions

 

All Hover-X products come with a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase as shown on the purchase receipt. Please remember to keep your receipt or delivery note in a safe place. To activate your warranty, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase by post or online.

 

Limited 2 year Warranty

 

The Dezac Group Ltd warranty’s Hover-X products for 2 years from the date of purchase. Under the warranty period The Dezac Group Ltd have the option to either:

 

1. Provide parts for the purchaser to make a repair.

2. Repair the Product - product to be returned at the purchaser’s cost to our repair centre.

3. Replace the product - product to be returned at the purchaser’s cost to our repair centre.

Upon replacement or repair of a Product under warranty, the original end-user purchaser will have the remaining warranty under the original warranty period (without any postponement during repair or replacement). A copy of your invoice or purchase receipt must be retained by you as proof of purchase.

 

Please note:

 

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

 

This warranty only covers technical hardware defectiveness during the warranty period and under normal use conditions.

 

The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear. Parts which would normally be subject to periodic replacement, are excluded from the warranty.

 

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage caused by storage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the product outside of the user instructions.

 

The warranty does not cover damage caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting in from defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage (accidental or other) to the Product that is cosmetic, such as (but not limited) scratches, dents, cracks, rust, wear and tear.

 

The warranty does not cover damage caused by water or moister ingression.

 

Upon replacement or repair of a Product under warranty, the original end-user purchaser will have the remaining warranty under the original warranty period (without any postponement during repair or replacement).

 

Repair must only be undertaken by The Dezac Group Ltd / Hover-X. Proof of purchase or a delivery note must be provided before any repair work can be carried out. Without this proof any work carried out will be chargeable.

 

This warranty provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Purchases within Europe

If the product is purchased outside the UK, but within Europe, any warranty claim must be made with the local seller (retailer).

 

Purchases outside Europe

If the product is purchased in a country outside Europe any warranty claim must be made with the local seller (retailer) within that country. The seller is bound to comply with the national laws of the country where the product was purchased.

 

Returning Your Goods

 

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Hover-X. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day returns policy where you can return any unused item(s), in its original packaging, provided that it is in a resalable and undamaged condition.

 

It is important that you examine your Hover-X product (s) carefully upon delivery. If you discover that anything is missing, incorrect or damaged, you must let us know in writing or by email. Once a product is delivered to you (or your representative) you take on the risk of damage to or loss of the product.

 

GENERAL TERMS

 

1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

2. By registering for your warranty you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

3. The Dezac Group Ltd reserves the right to amend the warranty in whole or part without prior notice or compensation.

 

NEITHER THE DEZAC GROUP LIMITED NOR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY, GUARANTEE, OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, LEGAL OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT(S), AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED, LEGAL OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR, GENERAL OR NORMAL PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, DURABILITY AND WARRANTIES AGAINST LATENT DEFECTS.
