What is the delivery time for UK orders?
We use a couriers, who providing you have given your email address and/or mobile telephone no. at the time of ordering will email and/or text message you on the day your parcel is due to be delivered with a one hour time slot of when they expect to deliver, if you are not going to be available to receive the delivery on that day you can use the link on the email or text message to arrange another day for delivery directly.

The refund will be for the returned items only and will exclude the original and return shipping costs.
It is important that you examine your HOVER-X product (s) carefully upon delivery. If you discover that anything is missing, incorrect or damaged, you must let us know in writing or by email. Once a product is delivered to you (or your representative) you take on the risk of damage to or loss of the product.
